A wonderful ward so supportive during this difficult time, the ward is quite scary at times and so many very unwell people the staff are superb with their compassionate care not judging anyone and also always having time to provide such comfort to us
Wonderful doctors and nurses and a Matron who truly is exceptional, the friends and family group a real life saver for us so thank you all so very much for your care of our son and of us too

Bieng on section is terrible you can’t smoke or get off the ward until the doctor signs a form however the nurses are great and cope with some very violent men here yet always found time to get me off for a walk and cigarette
Top of their game is Rumi what a good bloke Matron Carol a star she helped my family a lot and is a good person
Abdi And all his HCA team very good always try to help you, the place was t always clean and there is no private room for visitors, the sensors are great for an up disturbed sleep but once you move rooms it’s bad as nurses check you all through the night which disturbed my sleep

A lovely team who are very caring and compassionate
There is clear leadership in this team and the psychological interventions have been very helpful.
I was very unwell and at times very difficult but the team never judged me but were caring professional and respectful led by a very good women Carol G and a brilliant doctor Barerra

There are things I didn’t like but generally it has been ok
Matron is the best nurse and the others need to be more like her, the facilities need improving and there should be more private areas for people to sit
Despite this I was very unwell and they helped me to get better, I didn’t like it a lot of the time but that was because I was so unwell and bored there are activities and groups but I don’t want to be with other patients so my music was helpful
